There is something so mysterious and yet so real about sitting by a fire and listening to the flames crackle and pop. For some reason the combination of those sounds, the orange glow of the flames, and the concentrated heat cause my mind to contemplate anything from life's biggest questions to what should I have for supper. An Inglenook is defined as a small recess that adjoins a fireplace. Often people sit on or near the inglenook. As you see the reflection of fire in glass, I hope that you may see the reflection of my life as well as a reflection of God's work through reflections, stories, and dreams. - Jacquelyn
I believe God has complete control over everything that has and will happen. That just seems to make things less scary.--
Things that give me unexplained happiness: a dog turning his head to the side, chocolate, back floating in a swimming pool, playing Lego Wii games with my soulmate, writing piano music, laughing until I cry, and that split second taste of a Tic-Tac just placed on my tongue.--
I'll never understand football.--
My heart is in Nebraska but I wouldn't mind moving south.--
